1. The candidate must agree to abide by all rules, as changed from time to time by the organizers.
2. The candidate’s age should be between 18 to 65 years. Age group will be divided into two categories that are Premium-18 to 40 and Classic -41 to 65.
3. The candidate need to produce their age proof (Passport / Birth certificate / School leaving certificate / Driver’s license / Aadhar card / Marriage proof / Divorce proof / Death certificate of your husband etc.)
4. The candidate can be an Indian Citizen/Person of Indian origin residing abroad/NRI/Person of Indian Origin (PIO) CARD/ OCI Card. She can be divorced, widowed, married, with or without children, separated, single mother.
5. The applicant must agree to pay the registration fee of Rs. 3540/- (Including Govt. Tax) (non-refundable).
6. The organizers are not responsible for any delays or non-receipt of applications on any account and for any reason whatsoever.
7. Incorrect information will result in disqualification, whether discovered prior to, during or after participation.
8. The candidate will have to participate in a disciplined and diligent manner throughout the pageant schedule.
9. The organizers are not responsible for any loss or physical injury that occurs to the participant on account of their participation in the event. The applicant will participate at her own risk & responsibility.
10. The decision of the judges will be final in all cases.
11. Only the candidate participating will be allowed inside the designated venue of the preliminaries. Any family member/ friend / relative or children will not be allowed during the whole sessions on all four days.
12. The schedule of events and qualification rounds are subject to change at the discretion of the organizers.
13. In the event of any dispute, the organizer’s decisions are final and binding on the participants.
14. Applicant understands and agrees that any misconduct, negative indulgence or misrepresentation of themselves or other participants, through any form, be it oral, written and/or by actions, will be grounds for disqualification, without question. Any misbehavior with co-contestants and team members or organizers during and after the event will not be appreciated.
15. The organizers have all the right to cancel, reschedule, postpone and amend the show.
16. All fees paid to the pageant are non refundable and non transferable in full or in part under any circumstance.
17. VPR Mrs. India Global 2022 has right to use the photographs, videos and other material/details provided by the contestant for their promotional activities and future concern. Contestant shall never protest for such right nor shall claim any amount or compensation in respect of the said right granted to company.
18. The applicant permits VPR Miss. India Global 2022 to send contest/event related information, promotional content and reminders through SMS or Whatsapp.
19. Privacy policy - Any personal information received will only be used to fill your form. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.

Declaration:

1. All the terms and conditions written here are read, understood and accepted by me in my mother tongue and in local language and the language which I understand. With consent of all my family members, I have taken this decision.
2. I understand that VPR Mrs. India Global 2022 pageant producer is not responsible for any personal belongings. In this sense I understand I cannot complain in the case of any of my personal belongings being missing.
3. The courts of Ahmedabad Jurisdiction have the jurisdiction over all disputes.
