Terms and Conditions

  1. The candidate must agree to abide by all rules, as changed from time to time by the organizers.
  2. The candidate’s age should be between 16 to 40 years (Miss category) & 18 to 65 years (Mrs Category).
  3. The candidate need to produce their age proof (Passport / Birth certificate / School leaving certificate / Driver’s license / Aadhar card etc.)
  4. The candidate must be an Indian Citizen, married/unmarried.
  5. The organizers are not responsible for any delays or non-receipt of applications on any account and for any reason whatsoever.
  6. Incorrect information will result in disqualification, whether discovered prior to, during or after participation.
  7. VPR Miss & Mrs. India pageant's producer will provide contestants with hotel rooms &meals for the official events. The travel expenses will have to be borne by the candidate themselves (*conditions apply)
  8. After selection in the audition, the fees for the Pageant Finale will be Rs 95000/-( including taxes).
  9. For the finale event the room will be in dual sharing basis with co-contestant. But if any contestant has any medical issues like A/C problem or doesn’t want to share room or is unwell during the course of finale event, has to make arrangement and book a separate room for themselves.
  10. The contestants have to reach the venue directly on the scheduled time and have to check out from the hotel on the scheduled time after the event. Pick up and drop service should be handled by candidate themselves.
  11. During the entire event, we will provide 100% pure vegetarian meal for everyone, non – vegetarian meals are not allowed.
  12. Alcohol drinking and smoking is strictly prohibited.
  13. Organizers have firmly advised to venue owners to provide their best meal/s for the participants across the event. We have already finalized and fixed entire food breaks, which includes Morning Bed-Tea, Breakfast, Lunch, High Tea and Dinner. If any of the participants/s need something apart this, they are free to take/ buy on their own cost and this should be as per event guidelines.
  14. The candidate will have to participate in a disciplined and diligent manner throughout the pageant schedule.
  15. The organizers are not responsible for any loss or physical injury that occurs to the participant on account of their participation in the event. The applicant will participate at her own risk & responsibility.
  16. The decision of the judges will be final in all cases.
  17. Only the candidate participating will be allowed inside the designated venue of the preliminaries. Any family member/ friend / relative or children will not be allowed during the whole sessions on all four days. They can be part of Finale event by completing necessary formalities.
  18. The schedule of events and qualification rounds are subject to change at the discretion of the organizers.
  19. In the event of any dispute, the organizer’s decisions are final and binding on the participants.
  20. Applicant understands and agrees that any misconduct, negative indulgence or misrepresentation of themselves or other participants, through any form, be it oral, written and/or by actions, will be grounds for disqualification, without question. Any misbehavior with co-contestants and team members or organizers during and after the event will not be appreciated.
  21. The organizers have all the right to cancel, reschedule, postpone and amend the show.
  22. All fees paid to the pageant are non refundable and non transferable in full or in part under any circumstance.
  23. VPR Miss & Mrs. India 2023-24 has right to use the photographs, videos and other material/details provided by the contestant for their promotional activities and future concern. Contestant shall never protest for such right nor shall claim any amount or compensation in respect of the said right granted to company.
  24. The applicant permits VPR Miss & Mrs. India 2023-24 to send contest/event related information, promotional content and reminders through Whatsapp or SMS.
  25. Any passes required for the finale event will be charged separately and will depend on the availability of the passes. Pass is applicable to anyone above the age of 2 years.
  26. Privacy policy - Any personal information received will only be used to fill your form. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.
