Terms and Conditions

  1. The candidate must agree to abide by all rules, as changed from time to time by the organizers.
  2. The candidate’s age should be between 23 to 55 years. Age group will be divided into two categories, that is 23 to 40 and 41 to 55 – classic.
  3. The candidate will be required to produce their age proof (passport/ birth certificate/ school leaving certificate/ driver’s license / Aadhar card/ marriage proof/ divorce proof/ death certificate of your husband etc.)
  4. The candidate can be divorced, widowed, married, with or without children, separated, single mother.
  5. The organizers are not responsible for any delays or non-receipt of applications on any account and for any reason whatsoever.
  6. Incorrect information will result in disqualification, whether discovered prior to, during or after participation.
  7. VPR Mrs. India 2021 pageant's producer will provide contestants with hotel rooms, meals for the official events. The travel expenses will have to be borne by the candidate themselves.
  8. The candidate will have to participate in a disciplined and diligent manner throughout the pageant schedule.
  9. Any misbehavior with co-contestants and team members will not be appreciated.
  10. The organizers are not responsible for any loss or physical injury that occurs to the participant on account of their participation in the event. The applicant will participate at her own risk & responsibility.
  11. I understand that VPR Mrs. India 2021 pageant producer is not responsible for any personal belongings. In this sense I understand I cannot complain in the case of any of my personal belongings being missing.
  12. The decision of the judges is final in all cases.
  13. Only the candidate participating will be allowed inside the designated venue of the preliminaries. Any family member/ friend/relative or children will not be allowed during the whole sessions on all three days.
  14. The schedule of events and qualification rounds are subject to change at the discretion of the organizers.
  15. In the event of any dispute, the organizer’s decisions are final and binding on the participants.
  16. Applicant understands and agrees that any misconduct, negative innuendoes or misrepresentation of themselves or other participants, through any form, be it oral, written and/or by actions, will be grounds for disqualification, without question.
  17. The organizers have all the right to cancel, reschedule, postpone and amend the show.
  18. All fees paid to the pageant are not refundable and not transferable in full or in part under any circumstance.
  19. VPR Mrs. India 2021 has right to use the photographs, videos and other material/details provided by the contestant for their promotional activities and future concern. Contestant shall never protest for such right nor shall claim any amount or compensation in respect of the said right granted to company.
  20. If the contestant fails to pay less then registration fees i.e.(Rs 3000+18% GST=Rs 3540/-) within the time period stipulated by the company the candidate for the competition will be subject to cancellation as per the Company’s policy.
  21. The courts of Ahmedabad Jurisdiction have the jurisdiction over all disputes.
